Whilst being able to have training conducted at your premises, Baseplan Software also offer training courses at their premises.  The training courses, held at regular intervals across the year, cover the numerous modules of the software.

Course content (no matter what module is the focus) includes How-To's and Best Practice methods, procedures and processes that are helpful for businesses.  Trainees have full use of a test system and are able to "play" with many aspects of the software that would normally be forgotten or ignored - giving them greater insight into the proper importance of each transaction.

The following Training Session Outlines give a taste of what is on offer:

This session is designed to give attendees both a general overview of the debtors module of Baseplan Enterprise as well as more advanced processing and some configuration. This session is designed for accounts users and will provide participants with the competencies to set up, manage and generally use the debtor’s module.

• Creditors (download pdf)

This session is designed to give attendees both a general overview of the creditors module of Baseplan Enterprise as well as more advanced processing and some configuration. This session is designed for accounts users and will provide participants with the competencies to set up, manage and generally use
the creditor’s module.

• Hire Counter (Basic) (download.pdf)

This session is designed as an overview and introductory session of the main operational functions of the hire system. This session will provide participants with the competencies to manage customers and fleet, create and manage hire contracts and run reports. This is an ideal branch training session.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (download pdf)

This session is designed to give attendees both a general overview of the CRM module of Baseplan Enterprise as well as more advanced processing. This session is designed for sales reps and customer managers and will provide participants with the competencies to set up, manage and generally use the CRM module.

• Purchase Orders (download pdf)

Participants will be given a general overview and will learn the general functionality of the Purchase Order Module of Baseplan Enterprise. It will provide the participants with the competencies to manage and to use the Purchase Order Module.

• Stock / Stock Control (download pdf)

This session is designed to give attendees both a general overview of the inventory control module of Baseplan Enterprise as well as more advanced processing and some configuration. This session is designed for heavy inventory control users and will provide participants with the competencies to set up, manage and generally use the inventory control module.
