ii)    After checking and validating the daily transaction files being sent from Head Office, postings can be consolidated and distributed through to Debtors and General Ledger in Sybiz Vision.

iii)   Configure by posting group through vehicle type / site and location / revenue set.  Ad hoc or pattern matches.

b)    How it works

i)      Cars Plus exports a file to Head office on a daily basis.

ii)    The pre-configured database integration program imports and dissects the exported file, splitting and checking the revenue into the required accounts, posting to the Debtor and GL accounts as required.
