On Demand Support
- On-Demand Support – If you have an IT problem and don’t have a usual IT support provider, GroupSupport take on-demand support calls to assist with any issue.
- Assistance as mentor, guide – Perhaps you’re a sole trader or simply an individual with a tech problem. We provide guidance on options to resolve your issue, how best to fill an IT need or even an introduction to relevant Industry contacts that may provide an offering specific to your need.
- Audit / consulting –Does your business have an existing IT system that you’re not sure you’re getting the most out of? GroupSupport conducts on request audits of existing IT infrastructure and networks providing an independent assessment of the strengths, weaknesses and potential opportunities for improvement.
Managed Services
- On-Demand Support – For our managed service clients we employ a team of technicians to provide support to your staff as if our team was a part of your organisation. A phone call or email is all that’s required for your team to get the support they need to keep their IT functioning allowing them to keep doing what they do best.
- System Administration – Your systems are managed for you. All the usual administrative tasks relating to IT are handled on your behalf. For example, you have a new staff member joining the team. We will configure all their IT needs from profiles and credentials right through to new PC’s or laptops to meet your needs.
- Procurement and Deployment – GroupSupport partners with a broad number of IT suppliers and providers to ensure we get the right piece of equipment at the right price for your organisation. We handle the purchasing, freight, pre-configuration and onsite deployment of all your IT equipment as required.
- System monitoring – Piece of mind that your systems are being monitored for performance, reliability and functionality. Allowing for preventative maintenance and early detection of potential issues. Ultimately reducing IT related downtime for your business and reducing costs.
